Bleu Sushi

"Been frequenting Bleu for awhile now, thought I dropped them a review this time. This charming neighborhood restaurant has a beautiful interior and the most delicious Japanese food. We came as a party of 3. Then tried their signature rolls: Drexel, Ghost, Temple, Spring Garden, and JFK Toro rolls. We also had their stuffed tofu skin and salmon with wasabi oil sushi, all were delicious!!! We will try their sushi taco next, btw, their menu is extensive. Music was fire and service was fast, friendly, and professional! If I can give 10000000000 stars for Bleu Sushi I definitely would! We will be back."

"Bleu Sushi in Philadelphia is an absolute VIBE. From the second we walked in, the music, energy, and atmosphere were on point. We randomly stumbled across this place and enjoyed every second of it. The service and food matched the energy perfectly. We ordered the gyoza and the Sumo Roll — both were outstanding. Prices were also very fair for the quality and experience. Huge shoutout to Tony for being an amazing server and making us feel welcomed from the start. Bonus points for the playlist because it was absolute GAS all night. Everything about this place is a vibe. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm, welcoming experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality food, great service, and unmatched energy in Philly!"

"I recently visited Bleu Sushi, and it was easily one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Liberty Roll, Rittenhouse Roll, St. Mary Roll, Spring Garden veggie gyoza, and a hard maki roll—everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I went with a friend, and both the ambiance and the food were on another level. I’ve been to many sushi restaurants, but this one truly stands out. It might honestly be the best sushi spot I’ve tried so far. Highly recommend!"

"Bleu Sushi might be one of my favorite cozy sushi restaurants now in Philly. Me and my boyfriend came here at night and when we first walked in it was very beautiful — the ambiance was so nice and the waiters were very attentive. Our starters was the torched white tuna with crispy garlic and we also got the shrimp & veggie appetizer. For the white tuna I would say that dish itself wasn’t worth it. It really just tasted like a balsamic glaze on tuna. It wasn’t an “Japanese” flavor — the dish itself felt/tasted more American. (Something you would put on a salad). Nonetheless it was decent. The tempura app was actually very good. The portion is nice and we were almost full before even ordering our mains! We got the Orange Lover & Sushi Bleu — both were very good and tasted fresh we saw the chefs making our dish which was nice. The staff was very attentive and very classy. I loved everything about the aesthetics, food, and service."
